Jacksonville, Florida, has launched Park Loyalty’s Enforce Pro and Process Pro solutions, bringing parking enforcement and citation processing together within an integrated technology platform. The launch adds Florida’s largest city to Park Loyalty’s growing customer base across the state and demonstrates the platform’s ability to support the scale and operational complexity of a Tier 1 municipality.
Ahead of go-live, the Park Loyalty team transferred approximately 1.4 million data records into the new system in just 24 hours, helping ensure Jacksonville entered launch with its existing program data in place and ready to support ongoing operations.
“As Jacksonville continues to grow, we are focused on modernizing our parking operations to better serve our community. Our partnership with Park Loyalty represents an important step forward in these efforts. Park Loyalty has helped us bring several critical functions together into one integrated platform, providing our team with more efficient tools, better integration across systems, and a more streamlined approach to parking enforcement and citation management. These improvements allow us to spend less time on administrative processes and more time delivering responsive, effective service to the public.” said Peter Sherwill, Chief Public Parking Officer, City of Jacksonville.
At the center of the implementation is the Park Loyalty system, serving as the system of intelligence connecting Jacksonville’s parking data, workflows and supporting technologies.
ParkMobile payment data connects directly with Park Loyalty, while parking payments also flow into the City’s point-of-sale and general ledger systems. These integrations help keep enforcement and financial information aligned while reducing duplicate data entry and delays between systems.
Enforce Pro supports frontline parking enforcement, giving officers mobile tools for citation issuance, access to real-time parking and payment information, evidence capture and other enforcement workflows.
Process Pro manages the citation lifecycle after issuance, supporting functions including citation processing, payments, customer service, notices and other back-office workflows.
Together, the solutions provide Jacksonville with a connected foundation for managing enforcement activity from the field through final citation processing.
Park Loyalty thanks Peter Sherwill and the City of Jacksonville team for their partnership throughout the implementation and successful launch.
