Park Loyalty has expanded its partnership with the City of Pensacola, Florida, following the successful rollout of Enforce Pro and Process Pro across the City’s parking operation.
Pensacola first introduced Park Loyalty’s Permit Pro digital permitting platform, and that initial deployment has since grown into a broader partnership. With Enforce Pro and Process Pro now live, the City is bringing digital permitting, parking enforcement and citation processing together through the Park Loyalty platform.
The expanded deployment gives Pensacola a more connected approach to managing its parking program. Enforcement activity, citation data, permit information and payment workflows can work together across the same technology ecosystem, helping information move more efficiently across day-to-day operations.
The rollout will also soon introduce a new integration with Arrive’s Express Pay, along with Park Loyalty’s Self-Service Payment Plans module. These additions give motorists more flexible options for making parking-related payments and resolving outstanding citation balances.
As Park Loyalty takes on a larger role within Pensacola’s parking technology environment, the platform is becoming more than a system for managing individual transactions. By connecting workflows, operational data and intelligent applications, Park Loyalty is helping create a broader system of intelligence across the City’s parking program.
The Pensacola expansion also marks another step in Park Loyalty’s continued growth across Florida. One of the nation’s oldest settled cities, Pensacola is known for its rich history, military heritage and connection to Naval Air Station Pensacola and the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.
Park Loyalty thanks the City of Pensacola for its continued trust, collaboration and partnership.
