The Town of Wells, Maine is live with Park Loyalty’s Enforce Pro, Process Pro, and Permit Pro solutions, providing a modern, connected parking management platform designed around the community’s unique operational needs.
While the entire platform supports enforcement, citation processing, and permit management, one of the most distinctive aspects of the deployment is Wells’ highly customized permit program. The Town manages a multi-use permit structure that supports beach access, transfer station operations, and parking for mooring holders, all within a system designed to balance resident access with the demands of a busy seasonal tourism destination.
Permit eligibility is tailored to local policies, including validation based on parcel ownership and physical residency, helping ensure the appropriate level of access for residents, taxpayers, and other eligible users. Additional permit types, including veteran eligibility, reinforce the Town’s commitment to balancing community needs with a parking program that delivers clear expectations and consistent enforcement to contribute to a positive customer experience.
The implementation was approached as a collaborative effort focused on supporting existing business processes rather than requiring the Town to adapt. By configuring the platform around Wells’ operational requirements, the project delivered a solution that reflects how the Town already manages its parking program while providing the flexibility to support future growth.
With Enforce Pro, Process Pro, and Permit Pro now working together as a unified parking management platform, Town staff have a connected platform for managing permits, enforcement activities, and citation processing through a single solution.
Park Loyalty is proud to partner with the Town of Wells and looks forward to supporting its parking operation as the community’s needs continue to evolve in the years ahead.
