The City of Sedona has selected Park Loyalty for parking enforcement, citation management and permitting following a competitive RFP process. Enforce Pro and Process Pro are now live. Permit Pro will follow, bringing all three functions together in one system.
Sedona’s red rock landscapes, arts community and natural beauty draw visitors from around the world all year. That steady demand lands on a limited supply of parking, much of it in busy areas close to the City’s residential neighborhoods. The City needed a way to keep spaces available for visitors while protecting access for residents and local businesses.
With Enforce Pro, officers can see right away whether a vehicle is paid, permitted or in violation, with license plate recognition support. Citations issued in the field flow directly into Process Pro. Process Pro handles the full citation process from issuance through resolution, including notices, payments and appeals. Because both products run on the same platform, City staff work from a single record for each citation instead of reconciling separate systems.
Permit Pro will move Sedona’s residential, guest and short-term rental permits online. Residents will be able to apply for and renew permits without a trip to City Hall. Permits are tied to license plates, so officers can check them in the field with the same tool they use for enforcement.
