Volusia County Enhances Parking Operations with Automated Enforcement

Volusia County, Florida

Streamlining parking management across high-traffic beach lots with an advanced omnichannel solution

Volusia County implemented an automated parking enforcement system powered by Enforce Pro and Process Pro to handle increasing visitor traffic efficiently.

Volusia County, known for its picturesque beach communities, attracts visitors from far and wide to enjoy its sun, sand, and surf. Managing high traffic volumes across multiple beach parking lots required a modern solution capable of handling enforcement efficiently while improving the overall parking experience.

To meet this need, Park Loyalty deployed an omnichannel violations management platform powered by Enforce Pro and Process Pro. By integrating fixed license plate recognition (LPR) technology and a centralized violation engine, this solution enabled the complete automation of enforcement operations.

Key Achievements of the Deployment:

✅ A frictionless parking experience for both motorists and the County parking operation
✅ Seamless LPR and violation engine integrations supporting fully automated parking violations
✅ An omnichannel platform enabling enforcement through on-foot, vehicle-mounted, and fixed-LPR methods

The result is a streamlined approach to parking management that reduces resource strain on the County while maintaining effective enforcement across high-traffic lots. By supporting multiple enforcement methods within a single platform, the County has positioned itself for long-term operational success.

On this project, we partnered with RISETEK Global and PCI Municipal Services to deliver a smooth and successful deployment, setting a new benchmark for efficient, scalable parking operations.
