To the full extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Park Loyalty and its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or relating to use of this site by you or any other person accessing this site using your username and password, name, payment information, vehicle information, or other personal information.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and ability to enter into and agree to these Terms and to use this site in accordance with these Terms. This disclosure shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its provisions relating to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within Milwaukee County, WI. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
