A Collaborative Effort to Modernize Parking for One of the Nation's Largest Transit Authorities
SEPTA has launched Park Loyalty's Enforce Pro and Process Pro, transforming parking management across 138 facilities. Key partners Flowbird and RISETEK helped bring this innovative project to life.
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has officially rolled out Park Loyalty’s advanced violation management services, Enforce Pro and Process Pro, as part of a major enhancement to their parking management system.
This project, made possible through partnerships with Flowbird Group and RISETEK, brings together industry-leading expertise to modernize SEPTA’s parking infrastructure. As one of the largest transit systems in the United States, SEPTA plays a crucial role in keeping Philadelphia and the surrounding region moving smoothly, reporting over 200 million trips annually. With over 25,000 parking spaces across 138 facilities, SEPTA requires a robust and efficient system to manage parking enforcement and ensure that all transit users—including millions of commuters, students, and visitors—have accessible spaces available.
The new SEPTA parking management system is designed to do just that—modernize and future-proof parking across the transit network. Featuring omnichannel payment options, multimodal license plate recognition (LPR) enforcement, and advanced occupancy tracking technology, SEPTA’s upgraded system will streamline the enforcement process and boost operational efficiency. Additionally, the solution incorporates industry-leading plate validation technology, providing SEPTA with the accuracy needed to manage their extensive facilities effectively.
