Marc Lucey
Chief Executive Officer
Marc Lucey is a thought leader, an industry subject matter expert, and above all, a parking guy. Bringing a diverse industry tenure that spans virtually every aspect of delivering leading parking management systems, Marc has a discerning eye for rapidly understanding key program drivers and translating them into tactical plans to exceed client objectives. From enforcement to delinquent collections, Marc has emerged as one of the most versatile resources in the parking compliance arena.
Marc has been partnering with parking technology providers, municipalities, and operators for over 12 years and has built a career supporting many of the largest programs in the country. Prior to joining Park Loyalty, he served in an executive role for Duncan Solutions, leading the Parking & Mobility division.
Sriram Somanchi
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Sriram Somanchi is an entrepreneur, innovator, technologist, and information technology veteran with a background in engineering. Sriram has been the founding member of XMLInsider as well as PocketMedi. He has architected the technology backbone for companies in sectors like parking, e-learning, publishing, and state and local governmental units. Sriram’s accomplishments include authoring patents and implementing mobile management systems and e-learning.
Sriram has been supporting processing, enforcement, and enterprise software applications for the last 26 years. Prior to founding Park Loyalty, he served in senior technology and leadership roles for Duncan Solutions, Conduent (then ACS/Xerox), and CivicSmart.
Brad Magee
Chief Revenue Officer
Brad Magee brings nearly 30 years of parking industry experience to his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Park Loyalty. With a background that includes leadership roles at Duncan Solutions and Digital Payment Technologies, Brad has a proven track record of driving company growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performing sales and client service teams.
His deep industry knowledge, consultative approach, and reputation for uncovering opportunities in complex environments make him an invaluable partner to Park Loyalty’s current and future customers. In this role, Brad will work alongside the Park Loyalty leadership team to guide revenue strategy and growth initiatives, playing a key role in shaping the company’s next phase of expansion.
Cathy Williams
Controller
Cathy Williams serves as Park Loyalty’s Controller. Cathy has a background in financial, supply chain, and operational processes and systems. She is focused on Park Loyalty’s success, and her oversight extends to financial administration, accounting, tax and licensing, forecasting, customer financial and training support, and processing reconciliations.
Before joining Park Loyalty, Cathy served as Controller for CivicSmart/Duncan Parking Technologies for more than 16 years. She also previously worked as a senior audit and tax manager for a certified public accounting firm.
Kristin Yatso
Director of Client Success
Kristin Yatso serves as Park Loyalty’s Director of Client Success. Kristin oversees customer implementations of Parking Enforcement Programs and works closely with internal developers, managers and senior staff to ensure customer requirements are met. She also provides ongoing support for customers after implementation. Kristin has a background in project management, quality assurance, customer service and sales.
Kristin has been working in the parking industry for 8 years in different capacities, while working previously in the packaging and publishing industries.
Rushi Munipalle
Principal Software Architect
Rushi Munipalle, Principal Software Architect, has been a vital team member since Park Loyalty’s start. As the bridge between customer success and DevOps, he leads development, design and maintenance across frontend, backend, mobile, and system administration teams, while contributing to strategic future development decisions alongside the executive team. Rushi also oversees security and compliance, ensuring adherence to PCI standards and service reliability. His expertise in parking agencies’ needs has driven innovative proof-of-concept projects for enforcement and analytics platforms.
A proud Virginia Tech graduate with a Master’s in Computer Science, Rushi won multiple hackathon awards, including one by Google, and has earned Park Loyalty Innovation and MVP awards. In his spare time, he plays tennis well enough to go pro—if only his schedule allowed!
Julia Scholl
Marketing Manager
Julia Scholl is a Marketing Manager with over eight years of experience in the parking industry, alongside a diverse background in SaaS, higher education, and nonprofit marketing. She also has more than 12 years of experience supporting business development efforts in the form of strategizing and developing RFP responses, translating complex ideas into straightforward content.
Passionate about customer storytelling, Julia brings success stories to life, making customers proud of their achievements while offering agencies in similar situations an inspirational reference point for their future operations. She excels in content marketing, creating strategies that align with organizational goals.
Jeremy Moon
Director of Product
Jeremy Moon is a product management leader, a champion of user experience, and a parking professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and people. With over 25 years in the parking industry, he has shaped software that transforms how Agencies deliver parking services to their communities.
As Director of Product at Park Loyalty, Jeremy defines the long-term vision and roadmap for the company’s Pro Solutions platform, ensuring it remains intuitive, client-focused, and ahead of industry needs. He leads cross-functional teams across development, design, sales, and customer success, aligning innovation with Park Loyalty’s mission: simplifying parking while driving value for our customers.
Jeremy began his parking career at Cardinal Tracking in 1998, ultimately serving as Business Manager for Parking Solutions. He holds a degree in Business from the University of North Texas and is PTMP-certified through IPMI, underscoring both his technical depth and his industry credibility.
Rathan Aukunuru
Director of Applications
Rathan Aukunuru is an accomplished technology leader with more than two decades of experience in IT, data analytics, and enterprise applications. At Park Loyalty, he serves as Director of Applications, where his leadership in technical oversight, strategic planning, governance, compliance, and security ensures the Pro Solutions portfolio remains scalable, resilient, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Rathan is recognized for bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution, guiding development across data platforms, analytics solutions, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. His deep expertise in business intelligence and data-driven decision-making has powered proof-of-concept initiatives that accelerate adoption of analytics and digital platforms across industries.
Holding an MBA in IT Systems Management from Georgia Southern University, Rathan combines technical mastery with business acumen. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders and exploring the intersection of technology, analytics, and innovation.
